Analysis: This cue begins with an (0123) tone cluster to accompany the bank alarm; unfortunately, the loud siren, screaming, and other sound effects obscure most of the music in this passage; diatonic and chromatic scales are used for running gestures throughout; chromatic wedges and parallelism are used for action and conflict; Steiner carefully marks each of the times that Joe takes a picture in the score and signals these in the score with dissonant orchestral accents
